Every Mario Hermoso garment is protected in breathable garment bags and rigid presentation boxes to ensure pristine arrival.
1. United Kingdom Deliveries
- Standard UK Delivery (2–3 Business Days): Complimentary on all retail orders over £150. (£9.50 for orders below £150).
- Next-Day Priority Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (£18.00).
- Courier Partners: Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD Carbon-Neutral, and DHL Express.
2. International Shipments
- Europe (DHL Express): 3–5 business days. Delivery duties paid (DDP) for EU retail customers.
- North America & Middle East: 3–6 business days via DHL Worldwide Express.
- Rest of the World: 5–8 business days.
3. Wholesale & Bulk Consignments
- Bulk shipments dispatch directly from our UK distribution hub via insured air cargo or express freight.
- Dedicated tracking and customs clearance assistance are coordinated by our London operations desk.
