1. Commercial Orders & Wholesale Supply
- All prices listed in GBP (£) exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
- For wholesale partners, minimum order quantity (MOQ) commitments and payment schedules are governed by your signed wholesale agreement.
- Production times for bespoke tailoring orders typically range from 10 to 18 business days from final measurement sign-off.
2. Product Specifications & Customizations
- While we strive for absolute color accuracy, natural fabric dye lots and monitor resolutions may exhibit subtle variations.
- Custom monogramming, bespoke neck labels, and cut adjustments are final once production begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All photography, text, logos, designs, and catalog material displayed on mariohermoso.co.uk remain the exclusive property of MS Holesale Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
